Additional conditions for Web development services
The offer of ten (10) free hours of service is only available to new customers who have never worked with Oshara to develop software or Web applications.
Free hours must be used within 30 days of the start of the project and cannot be carried over or combined with other offers or promotions.
The customer is responsible for providing clear and detailed requirements for the project and for responding promptly to any questions or requests for clarification from Oshara.
Oshara retains the intellectual property rights to any code, design or other material developed as part of the project.
The customer is responsible for providing all necessary licenses, authorizations or other legal requirements for the project, and for ensuring that the final product complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
Oshara makes no warranty as to the success, profitability or viability of the project, and is not liable for any damages or losses incurred by the customer as a result of the project.
